About the Event
In the face of life’s adversities, we often find ourselves challenged to grow in new ways. Meeting that challenge takes resilience to choose the path of new growth and resist the natural urge to shrink or hide. While some people seem to be born with a little extra “grit,” we can all build resilience by adding practices that help us cope with setbacks, heartbreak, loss, anxiety and trauma.
Certified Mind Body Medicine Practitioner, Becky Dodds, will lead an evening of exploration as she and other trained facilitators with the Center for Mind Body Medicine introduce practices that support healing, growth, and the resilience we each need to continue life’s journey with joy and vigor.
